Human Performance Major with a minor in SPAD and Division one Swimmer in college. I'm all about fitspo and learning to treat your body right. I eat clean and train mean ;).
HW: 170 lbs.
Current weight isnt something I'm too concerned with right now since I'm just getting back into shape.
My goal weight is when I'm happy with a body fat percentage of no lower than 12%.
